Autopen' Used on Official Docs Throughout Biden Presidency — including on Pardons while he Vacationed: Report

Joseph Mackinnon, 03/10/25

Missouri AG Andrew Bailey [pictured right] has requested that the Justice Department investigate the legality of Biden's presidential orders.

The Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project revealed Thursday that Joe Biden's signature on numerous executive orders, pardons, and other documents of national consequence appears to have been machine-generated.

Oversight Project Executive Director Mike Howell told Blaze News, "The main legal question here is who was the president over the last four years. That's what we are aiming to uncover. The prolific use of autopen by the Biden White House was an instrument to hide the truth from the American people as to who was running the government."

Missouri Judge Finds CCP Liable for $24 Billion for Hoarding COVID-19 Protective Equipment

By Andrew Thornebrooke*

A Missouri judge has found China’s communist leadership liable in a multi-billion dollar case over the regime’s hoarding of medical supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The judgement found that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was liable for $24 billion in damages to Missouri for exacerbating the pandemic by obstructing American access to medical supplies.

This is a landmark victory for Missouri and the United States in the fight to hold China accountable for unleashing COVID-19 on the world,” said Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey in a statement.

The State of Missouri brought the case against China, its communist leadership, and several subordinate departments and institutions including the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where some intelligence leaders believe that the COVID-19 virus originated.

District Judge Stephen Limbaugh rendered the decision by default after officials from the CCP did not appear to plead their side of the case, a common outcome in cases dealing with foreign entities.

A doctor in St. Louis who scammed federal healthcare programs out of hundreds of thousands of dollars has been sentenced to nearly three years in prison, followed by another three years of supervised release.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Sonny Saggar, MD, will also have to repay the $742,528 he was convicted of taking in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for patient visits he did not conduct.

According to prosecutors, the 57-year-old operated St. Louis General Hospital clinics in which physician assistants would often see patients. In many such instances, Saggar billed health plans as if he were the one providing direct care.

The incidents happened between 2018 and 2023, sometimes when Saggar was out of town. After a DOJ investigation, he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy in August.

PRESS RELEASE 02/28/24

A recent report exposed Pfizer’s assistance to Dying with Dignity Canada (DWDC), raising questions about its stance on assisted suicide. DWDC has pushed to expand the eligibility for “medically assisted death” to children as young as 12 years old. Pfizer’s support for DWDC raises concerns that it is complicit in prematurely ending lives.

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) (pictured here) and colleagues (including Missouri US Senator Josh Hawley) sent a letter to Pfizer CEO Dr. Albert Bourla regarding Pfizer’s donations to DWDC, and the company’s stance on “medically assisted death.”
